Wont install to chrome

It won't let me install the alpha chrome extension. Here's what it says after downloading it

(The learn more link leads to http://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/?p=crx_warning )
But that's not what surprised me. After going to the extensions page and dragging it on, nothing happens.

You should download extension (Right click on link > Save Link As) and then drag’n’drop downloaded file
