It seems you are leaking a bit of local file structure information in the public inferred version of EMMO (checkout: https://emmo-repo.github.io/latest-stable/emmo-inferred.ttl)

The original ontology IRI has now been added (via a rdfs:isDefinedBy relation) to the published and "squashed" ontologies.
