option to hide menus on specific dashboards.

Previously in v9.8 the top menu only showed when you're on the top of the screen or scrolling up.
If there is a scroll bar at the right and you're not at the top nor scrolling up, menu is hidden.
Please recover this behaviour in v10.
...
It's very frustrating to have new features added but keep losing things that were granted already. This is not the only case...
