When attaching files to a work, it can be helpful to provide a note or description for an individual file

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
- Add one or more additional metadata fields to FileSets such as Note, Description
- Enable these metadata fields for display within Curate
- If a Description is provided, use this as alt text for the file in Curate and Lux if feasible

How will this impact users?
A clear and concise description of how many and which types of users would benefit from this feature, or any who may be negatively impacted by the change.
- Library staff depositors creating complex objects can benefit from providing additional context to a FileSet for its preservation purpose (e.g. notes about its digitization)
- End users can benefit from seeing a brief description of the fileset, such as a description of an image or audiovisual resource
- The repository's overall accessibility will be enhanced for all users interacting with non-textual material
