When cloning a node (page, hours, etc), hide option for czars/smes to clone entities (locations and tags)

Currently, when czars have permission to clone content, they are given the choice to clone entities such as locations and tags. This can be dangerous in that cloned locations will appear in the location dropdown menu and tags can proliferate unchecked.

Removing the option to clone entities when cloning content (pages, hours, hours exceptions) for czars and smes.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Web team staff monitoring tags and locations for duplications.
How will this impact users?
Patrons won’t be confused by duplicated locations

Cloning currently disabled for czars. If pages need to be cloned, they can reach out to me - I can both clone and set parent/child relations.
Cloning service hour exceptions isn't needed at this point.
