Accept button should have a more accurate name

Currently the accessible name of the button is "Accepter" (=accept). It could be misleading, as non-sighted users have little to no way to understand what it is about to be accepted, because they lack the context.

Suggestion: "Accepter les cookies". Can also be provided through the button's title attribute, as a fallback, if needed.
