Host/port missing from Pub/Sub sampler

Hi,
I installed the plugin but strangely in the pub sampler I do not see any place to set the host and port. Though your screenshots as well as the ones on MQTT plugin page shows host/port. Am I missing something here, please let me know. I tried to put a MQTT connection hoping that would help, but still connection errors in samplers

I checked the sample scripts, is it that MQTT connection is supposed to be used for pub-sub samplers?. Are number of connections dependent on how many pub, sub samplers are there or number of threads?
