Support for Include

It would be great to include support for Include and read these files.
Ex:
Include ~/.ssh/config.d/*

After reading over your reference it looks like this would be blocked by issue #94.

IMO, this isn't impacted by the match issue #94
If match declarations are filtered appropriately, see https://unix.stackexchange.com/a/150018/33541, then there's no issue.
