The PPU is full of signals related to the processing of Clipping. We need to add a detailed description of this zoo on the Wiki and check the polarity of the signals.
CLPB=0 disables the background.
CLPO=1 disables the sprites.
To me, it feels like polarity of one signal could be wrong, please check...```
