When enabled, closing a viewed photo on facebook.com cause the jumpy effect.
I also exclude Facebook.com but problem still persists, I think something broke on that site when I enabled the extension.

It seems to happen only in Microsoft Edge, doesn't occur in other browsers I tested.
The weird thing is that it happens even when CMG doesn't actually interact anyhow with the page ('enabled' check in popup or added to excluded domains). Thus maybe a browser bug?

I think I found the reason of this problem. Should be fixed in 1.2.8
