Add "referenda"

The standard and common plural of referendum is referenda, but this doesn't validate in the dictionaries (at least, the en-GB-oxendict dictionary); this should be added.

There is very little agreement on the preferred form. Referendums, does appear to be more common though. Nevertheless both forms are common enough to warrant inclusion.
