`getReputations` returns a value which should have been purged

Getting reputations for Zeta (5DPgv6nn4R1Gi1MUiAnzFDPaKF56SYKD9Zq4Q6REUGLhUZk1) returns:

cIndex = 173, currentCeremony index is 1758, reputation lifetime is 1500. Something is fishy.

Not sure if this is because of some old unclean purging we had, and we never cleaned it up.
