Images on DockerHUB

All images must be declared into dockerhub because installation processus will use dockerhub to pull images.
The good configuration is "cloudunit/manager" built for dev, master
Please verify to declare the new image on cloudunit/dockerhub.
I will do it for all new images at this day.
