Firefox 23 now supports this, so this issue could be closed.

Although, ye old colorpicker appears to be broken in FF now. This would likely be fixed by using thistle instead, I didn't see any FF problems when testing my thistle branch https://github.com/georules/Inlet/tree/thistle
