Timestamps are Hindi

With this running, timestamps on new messages are written in Hindi. I have no Hindi language enabled anywhere in iOS, including Discord. I am not a Hindi speaker / reader. I had to look up what language it was because I don't recognize the characters.
I'm on iOS 14.8.
