Add Saga icons to text-based form items

TextLine and TextArea (HtmlArea has it's own icon in it's toolbar) occurrences must have AI Assistant icon, pressing which is going to:

  1. Open Assistant dialog
  2. Set the scope to the text input's parent item scope (root, item set, option set option)
  3. Insert mention with that fields into the dialog's prompt
