Issues with Find and Replace modal dialog in Html Area

1. Open a content with htmlArea
2. Insert a text in the htmlArea
3. Open Find and replace form in the toolbar
4. Insert the text then insert a text in Replace with input.

5. Click on Replace button in the modal dialog

Issue 1. Save button remains disabled after replacing a text in html area
Issue 2. Replace and Replace all buttons should be disabled after the replacing

Issue 3. Text replacement removes link and macro tags:
