HtmlArea in an item-set is not being updated

Same issue in the master branch, but directly affecting AI translation functionality so fixing here:

If html-area occurrence is located within an item set that is not being expanded on content wizard opening, then updating this occurrence (by updating this content in other tab or by using translator functionality) and expanding item set will present the html editor with stale value.
