Add a new tutorial chapter about rendering of Rich Text

The new chapter should probably be called "Text components" (or "Rich Text") and placed between "9 - Layouts" and "10 - Page Templates". It should explain how to render contents of a text component, similar to how it's done for parts and layouts.
