Keyboard Shortcut?

It'd be cool to have one. Ctrl-Cmd-F seems to be the Lion default, but that's already something in TextMate. Pre-Lion a lot of Apps used Cmd-Opt-U for their fullscreen mode. Cmd-Enter is pretty common too.

I'd especially love if it were a toggle, so it worked the same to leave fullscreen.
