Is it possible to download the new streetview coverage

It would be nice to download the streetview coverage in vector format.

I'm traying to do a map or a GPX file to complement streetview with Mapillary or Openstreetview for my council.

I use Streetview a lot of times at job.

Unfortunately not. Google coverage is unofficially available as tiled service.
