Add Folder selector to the Conversation item

In the Chat Drawer items, show the current conversation folder. Mockup below:
Requirements:
- Show a folder of the color of the Conversation's Folder
- When hovering show the folder Name as < Tooltip >
- When clicking create a dropdown menu (only on click, to avoid too many hidden elements) that allows to switch folder
- The looks of the dropdown menu should be similar to the Chat PageBar Dropdown ("Select a folder....")
