Crackling, Staticy Audio

As the name suggests. Sometimes the audio output of Ensembles is very stuttery, laggy or staticy. There is a workaround for this, but we need a solution which works out of box.

Native PipeWire driver support WIP upstream: FluidSynth/fluidsynth#982.
I think it will be best to provide an interface to select audio driver, latency and realtime priority mode.
