Move notebooks back into entr_runtime default workspace

Since migrating to the py-entr package, we no longer have example notebooks available in the default workspace of the runtime.

• Move notebooks from the py-entr repo into the entr_runtime repo, in a folder e.g., /workspace/examples
• Update the readme of entr_runtime to reflect this change.
