Add a section to `reference/cli` describing the two ways to interacting with it (CLI way, or the TBUI way).

The Entropy CLI now allows you to use the command-line, or follow the text-based user-interface (TBUI) workflow. We currently have the TBUI workflows documented, since that's what the JS team developed first.

Let's point out the difference between the two ways of working.
