The extension configuration that we maintain at https://github.com/envoyproxy/envoy-openssl/blob/master/envoy_build_config/extensions_build_config.bzl has diverged from https://github.com/envoyproxy/envoy/blob/master/source/extensions/extensions_build_config.bzl. We need to sync our config with main Envoy.
