not all files could be converted

Hello, I tried to use this add-on with Blender 2.79b and Blender 2.80 but I got in both versions the same error encountered from user james0208331 commented on 27 Feb [closed issue section] where he said
"Hello sorry for bother you but I had an issue with this mixamo converted, it says "not all files could be converted, look in console for more information. I tried witth a lot of meshes and also I tried only with the T pose and mesh but it doesnt work, I will be so grateful if you can help me with this, The best regards from me!".

I simply downloaded the blender versions and tried with the right add-on version for each Blender version... but it's always saying the same.
Also it is said that my directory is not actually a directory, in fact in the error I see double backslashes put in the directory from the plugin... please help me.

I solved this by changing completely the method:
I downloaded blender 2.82 and the AddOn "Mixamo Converter" from the MasterBranch instead of dedicated versions of it.
This works.
Note: Hip name on 11 august 2021 is "mixamorig:Hips"
