Roxie Cluster Startup script

1.- Run the setup.sh script to install all the necessary files.
2.- Run 'source /etc/bash_completion.d/Moxie' if you want this session particular Shell to inherit tab autocomplete .

Requeriments:

1.- User account with sudo privileges
2.- Public Keys
