Can't vote for more than 30 BPS

Accounts may vote for a maximum of 30 BPS

currently users can select more than 30, this will generate an error.

  • Users cannot have more than 30 BPS selected for vote
  • The Add to vote button should be disabled once a user selects 30 BPs
  • Users will need to remove a BP from their vote before they can add more BPs.
