[Target identification] it is impossible to add a second Gene of interest until the Translational gene is added

For some targets, it is impossible to add a second Gene of interest value until the Translational gene is added.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Targets' tab
2. Click Identify button for PBDC1 target
3. Select any Gene in the Genes of interest: field
4. Click in the Genes of interest: field to add a second Gene

Actual result:
List of available genes doesn't appear.

The same behavior is observed for the Translational gene.
