Targets table: The next page is opened empty after scrolling the previous page.

To Reproduce

  1. Open Targets table
  2. Scroll down page
  3. Navigate to 2nd page

Actual results:
The page is empty. Rows with targets appear only after scrolling down a page.

Expected behavior
The page opens with corresponding data.
