Conversation folders unexpectedly unfold during the drag-and-drop process, causing a visual "blinking" effect

What happened?

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a conversation folder and add at least one conversation folder inside.
2. Click on the folder (not on the furthest pixel) to initiate a drag-and-drop operation.
3. Begin dragging the folder.

Expected Result:

The folder should remain collapsed while being dragged.

Actual Result:

The folder collapses, then unfolds as it's being dragged, creating a visual "blinking" effect. This occurs only once at the beginning of the drag operation.

Additional Notes:
The issue seems to be related to the drag-and-drop function potentially considering the same folder as a valid drop target.
The blinking does not occur if the drag-and-drop operation is initiated by clicking on the furthest pixel of the folder.
