Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Macro - Flex mode
  2. Load from file: Copy_paste operation works wrong (copy only two hydrogen bonds and drops others).zip

  3. Deleted all peptides

Actual behavior
Most of hydrogen bonds remain in place

Expected behavior
All bonds are removed
