Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Macro - Flex mode
  2. Load from file: System should not allow to establish center to atom connection between monomer and molecule.zip

  3. Drag center of monomer and connect it with any atom of molecule

Actual behavior
System establishes R2 to Atom connection

Expected behavior
Connection doesn't established
