[suitcase] Should set explicit SUITCASE_ANSIBLE_VERSION

In order to move past epfl-si/ansible.suitcase#7 it is best if all foosible scripts start explicitly requiring a particular Ansible version of their choice (by setting the SUITCASE_ANSIBLE_VERSION environment variable when invoking the suitcase).
