Timeline defaults to 30 even if it's longer

So I'd like to know if there's a way to save an animation and have it load the length I was working on before closing it. Because right now if let's say you were working in an animation that is 150 frames and close/open you have to drag the timeline from 30 to 200 every time you open it because it always defaults to 30.

The frame range will be saved into file in 0.99.7.2
