Magica 0.99.7.1 and other open empty project

Hello! I ran into a problem. Magica does not open files normally, an empty project appears. If you open it, for example, from Windows downloads, everything is fine... Or from the program itself, click open project. Doesn't want to open other files from other drives right away.
