Can this pipeline work with other methods besides 10x?

We are using a different single-cell method and not 10x with our ONT reads. Is there a simple way for us to modify the pipeline to work with it?

Hi @mpage21 Currently this workflow only supports 10x kits I'm afraid. There's no simple way to make it handle other kits.
