Game breaking bug after pausing

I haven't attempted to recreate yet, but I have had it happen a few times after pausing. Sometimes it is small, like I have had it where I can't unpack/pack any mag in raid after pausing. Then to the extreme, last raid nothing worked anymore, I couldn't pick my bag up, every bot in the area was trying to shoot me at once (even through objects) and no shots were registering when I shot AI or when they shot me. It was very strange.
