This doesn't seem to be able to switch to the tab correctly when you have multiple chrome windows open

I'm having this issue as well in Brave. It brings the window to the front, and even opens the right tab, however the window does not have keyboard focus.

@epilande I made a little hack for this issue here for personal use. It's far from ideal, but I will make a PR if you think it's acceptable.

This was fixed in #49 and has been released with 🔖 v1.0.6
