Wrong calculated values for Miss and 2x

You have forgotten that re-shuffling has a significant impact on the total number of draws for Miss and 2x cards. The total odds of getting one of them is = ~7.143%, not a measly 5%.

It would be also nice to have options for a popular house rules to compare its outcome with the standard , e.g.
- reshuffle the desk only on the second draw of a card with a re-shuffle sign
- ignore 2x and Miss cards and reshuffle the desk only when all cards are over
