SSH to admin machine randomly does not allow access

I am noticing that SSH access to my admin machine will randomly time out with the following error message:

ssh: connect to host 139.178.70.201 port 22: Operation timed out

Admin machine specifications as follows:

Ubuntu 20.04
Location: SV
On-Demand

Does it sometimes work after this? Or once this happens you can never get back into the admin machine? This is likely something the terraform won't be able to fix as it's more of a maintaining your admin machine day-2 type function.
