Need a test case to test non-adaptive localisation and in particular RowScaling (use of FIELD keyword in ERT)

Test case for non-adaptive localisation where the FIELD keyword is used in ERT and the field parameter is used in localisation.
The case should be fast and easy to visually inspect using standard file formats (roff format)

Describe the solution you'd like
The test case should be independent of RMS and a separate python library for drawing gaussian fields should be used.
