Fanchart: dropdown should filter observations

Description
Fanchart with observations + dropdown_columns does not work correctly. The observation are not filtered using the dropdown_columns selection. All observation points are shown on the plot.
Expected behavior
Using the dropdown selector the corresponding Fanchart + observations should be shown.
Actual behavior
All observations are shown (i.e. observations for all dropdown keys)
