Info button for plugins

The data behind a plugin often requires some description to be useful for others than those who made the data/workflow in the first place. To have it in the view of the same page by default could take up a lot of space, and look messy, whilst having it on a different page would detach the description from what it describes.

I suggest an i info-button similar to the ? tour guide we currently have, that e.g. could open an optionally defined markdown file with whatever the author may seem fit.
