Option to hide backdrop `Dialog`

Could/should the muiModal prop hideBackdrop be made available in Dash?
This would allow to observe changes in other components interactively while keeping the Dialog open.

- Possibility to remove backdrop, and if so, allow other parts of the app behind the dialog to be interactive.
