[To-Do] Merging EPG service into PS Vue addon

Given that service.psvue.epg is PS Vue addon exclusive, it may be a good idea to merge these into one addon so end user handles only one settings file.

I'm going to slowly start working on this over the next few days. There's a lot of code to merge and remove for redundancy.
