Analyze why Ercole percentage in dashboard page is always 0. It seems to be not correct.
The percentage under Ercole icon needs to be the weighted average of all compliances of all techonologies.
The percentage under Oracle icon needs to be the weighted average of the compliances for each Part Number.
Under Oracle icon needs to be specified the numebr of Oracle host / the number of Oracle instances.
