安装erda2.0失败

Environment:

• Erda version: 2.0
• Kubernetes version (use kubectl version): v1.21.5
• Cloud provider or hardware configuration: 5个节点 ，内存50G，存储6T
• OS (e.g: cat /etc/os-release): CentOS-7
• Kernel (e.g. uname -a): Linux master 3.10.0-1160.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Oct 19 16:18:59 UTC 2020 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

安装后通过curl访问erda,显示无法访问服务。
查看openapi容器日志显示下图。
