Have you seen iso F plots in my results?
They look strange. Do you have any ideas why does it happen?

Are the F plots normal? They seem odd to me.
Indeed there is a long way to go.
One question: what do you need to calculate the results? I want to generate a set of results based on the work on Dollar.

Yeah, long way to go. At least I know my pipeline is complete and working.
I used the benchmark codes provided with the dataset for calculating metrics and also plotting them.
My outputs are normalized probability maps saved as png images. I then provide original images, ground-truth mat files and the probability maps to the benchmark code, and it calculates the metrics. It is quite straight-forward. I will soon push the original benchmark code and notes on running the benchmark code and producing results.
